12) Sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations higher than 10 mg / kg or 10 mg / expressed as total SO2

14) Molluscs and products thereof

Allergens in individual dishes on the menu are identified by the letter A and the corresponding number from the list of food allergens.
